We’re getting close to our Sleep out (25th Oct) in case you don’t already know, here’s a bit of info about it – we plan raise awareness about destitution by getting sponsored to spend the night sleeping on the steps of the Wellington Church on Uni avenue! We hope to make it a night to remember and a great fundraiser – BUT we’ve still to decide who to fund raise for- please vote HERE -> http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WSP37G8

*The BBC published an article about the shocking treatment of LGB asylum seekers today and, at least judging by my facebook newsfeed, it’s gaining a lot of attention which is great news!

*Positive Action in Housing are looking to start running a food bank and want to have a stall for donations of food and toiletries every week, or two weeks,Glasgow Uni campus – if you’d like to get involved with this, or if you’d like more information please get in touch and i’ll pass your email address along!
